Absolutely happy with my experience at City Center, they were extremely friendly from the receptionist, shuttle driver and all staff that I dealt with everyone seemed happy to help. Being an older lady, I am sometimes anervous about trying a new auto shop. But I definitely feel not only were they very professional, but I really felt that their prices were great for the service they provided. I was given a quote which was completely honored. I will absolutely recommend them to whom ever needs their vehicle repaired or serviced.

The best mechanic shop in GP!!! Just want to give a big shoutout to City Centre Automotive for their amazing service today! My check engine light started flashing last night, so I gave them a call first thing this morning. Despite being super busy, they were able to fit me in and had everything checked and fixed the same day. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for top-notch service, honest advice, and decent pricing. Thanks again to the whole team I really appreciate the quick turnaround and outstanding service.

Would give this place 10000 stars if i could. Absolutely unreal staff who are genuine people and want to provide the best for their customers. Upon getting serviced by this company, my car had major issues that I thought could not be fixed. All my worries disappeared when I dropped my vehicle off here. My Volkswagen has never ran better and I will absolutely be a returning customer in the future. 10/10 recommend this company especially if you drive a luxury or foreign vehicle.

Really appreciate they fix only what you want to but give a full vehicle report. Now days thats a hard thing to find.

They will help you get a reasonable rate on a tow, offer you a fair price for the diagnostic examination, also offer you shuttle services, and finally – give you a high quality repair at an affordable price. I drive an older vehicle and I’m very grateful for everything they did for me. I recommend this garage and will be returning to get more work done. The staff was super friendly and EXTREMELY helpful in sourcing out parts to fit my import car that was in for a major overhaul. They were very communicative about all repairs, and did not perform any of them without my prior approval… which was greatly appreciated! 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

If you’re looking for an auto mechanic, when your oldest son’s cars breaks down in Grande Prairie, Alberta, on the way from Utah to Anchorage, Alaska, that has a good mechanic and good staff, and will, unfortunately, only pay you a little bit to scrap the car that died — you have found it in this place. They came well recommended by an acquaintance 50 miles to the east, and were friendly and seemed competent. We were sad to leave my son’s car there, but what can you do when the engine seizes, even though there’s oil in it? If you get there fast enough, maybe you can buy a pretty good car with a seized engine but that has a lot of other really nice new parts on it. If you’re driving to Anchorage, Alaska through Alberta, British Columbia, and the Yukon, I recommend having either brand new shocks for the northern Yukon roads or not doing it.

Have been taking my vehicle to City Centre for a number of years. Have found the staff to be professional and friendly. If repairs are needed they are fully explained as to why. They are very client oriented.

From the very first moment you walk in you are welcomed. I went in for an oil change and found out I needed a whole lot more done, and they were only too happy and accommodating to fix all my problems. I was never pressured or told I had to do this work. My battery decided to crap out and of course it was on a busy morning. Not only did City Centre offer prompt service but they also allowed me to use a loaner vehicle so I could get to my appointment and to work. Amazing service- will definitely be back.

Amazing Service and Honest Staff! I am beyond impressed with City Center Automotive! They did a perfect and quick job on my pickup. As someone who isn’t the best driver and doesn’t know much about cars or mechanics, I really appreciate their transparency and honesty. Not only did they repair my vehicle, but they also performed a thorough check without adding any unnecessary charges. For example, they checked my oil and told me it didn’t need to be changed, which saved me money.

Been to city centre automotive multiple times over the years and the service has allways been extremely phenomenal! They also never pressure you into getting other minor repairs that you might need over the intended repair you took your vehicle to get fixed in the first place . I highly recommend them for any automotive repairs you might have! A friend of mine initially had recommended them over 10 years ago when he said he took his vehicle to get something fixed and they noticed his dog had chewed all the seat belts and when he had picked his truck up they had put all new seat belts in for him at no cost . After I heard him say that I have been useing them every time I need anything done and they allways provide the best service at a reasonable price !

My 2014 Ford focus wasn’t shifting gears. The shuttle service was amazingly helpful in getting back home after dropping off my Ford. They performed an inspection And found a grounding issue. They recommended a transmission service as it was never done on my car since I owned it. With that done they shuttled me to pick up the car the same day. The price was very reasonable. It’s been over a week and everything is shifting very well. My experience was absolutely positive. Wonderful work!

Great service, did exactly as I wanted/needed them to do. They even followed up to make sure everything was satisfactory. Thanks again for the loner vehicle so I could continue my daily business and not need to rent a vehicle.

If you’re looking for an Auto Gas or Diesel shop that has a very diversified professional staff, with excellent knowledge, experienced techs with great attitudes, and friendly front desk experts. This is the shop for you. I have been taking company vehicles and now my personal vehicle to City Centre for about 6yrs now. New Owner is great and is “Boots on the Ground,” very nice to see! I would bring my 2017 F350 SD Deeeezel back here, without any hesitation. even with the 4hr drive each way. Thank you City Centre Grande Prairie, you really Centred your attention on the issues my truck had and the ones you brought to my attention! I should add I had taken my truck to 4 other shops with my steering issues and 20,652$ later, a 227$ fix by City Centre and it’s repaired. 🤠
